ReplyDeleteWe have to stimulate the economy. We know have a billl to do this and I think we should use it to strenghten some companies that will use the money wisely. It would help my community buy helping people rake in money so they can buy more food and clothes and stuff. If we use it wisely we can keep the economy from goning down for along time.
I actually do not support the Stimulus Package becase it is just a big Democratic spending bill. I mean really, they are just giving money to democrat supporters. Take acorn for example, did anybody know they existed before the voter fraud thing? I sure didn't.
Now the way they could do this right is to buy everybody a machine gun. Then we can go into our backyards and blow up trees. That would be fun but we've wasted enough money already lets never do a stimulus this big again.
Dear Bev perdue, we all know the stimilus package is a huge transformation for our entire country, but what will we use our money for? The question is, what do we seriously need? As a student in Guilford County, I know we're in a desperate need for improved buildings and classrooms. Who wants to go to rat-infested school? We also need to give the teachers a higher pay. They're not paid enough for the work they do. Doing this, will probably encourage them to put forth more effort and have more enthusiasm about their job.

ReplyDeleteThere are many concerns that I have with the stimulus money. A lot of this money could and should be distributed to the schools in Guilford County. This money could really be used to purchase new books and also new sports equipment for all of the sports teams in each school. Not only this but you could get new desk and chairs and many other things for the classes. Each of these schools deserves new books so they will be able to get a good education and be able to pass their classes. I know that there are many others things that you could be doing with this money like fixing the roads or getting new jobs for people so that they won’t be out of work. Most of this money is used for miscellaneous things when it should be used for other things like our city to benefit the students. Well I hope you take what I have told you into consideration and thank you for your time.

ReplyDeleteWhat kind of name Bev Purdue? I mean really, It sound like a bulldog. Anyway what are you going to do about the stimulus package? Are you going to spend it on schools or build a prison in Rockingham? How about you give out a couple of dollars in my pocket, you could get in a helicopter and drop the money down to the ground. I’m just kidding, but you could put the money toward Guilford County Schools. I think we could benefit from the money. Even if you don’t give us the money, you wouldn’t bulid a prison would you? Well now that you know I feel about this I hope you understand.

Some questions I have for you is what are you going to do with the stimu;as plan?
Well what i think you should do is spend it on school.Some schools like Southeast needs some improvements with alot of stuff.Some schools need some more textbooks.We need some more more technology. So I believe that you need to spend the stimulus money on some schools and not a prision.I hope you listen to my advice.

ReplyDeleteI pesonaly i think the stimulus package should be spend in the schools. Because so many schools are out of money and they need things such books and buildings for more students. However it doesn’t work like that because there are other things in this state that needs working on, but if we don’t fix things in the school people aren’t going to be able to learn therefore the next generation want be able to do anything about our money situation.
The stimulus plan will play in important role for our future. We are in desperate need of improving our economy, but we need to find a way that will benefit us now and in the future. Not only are businesses going bankrupt, but we also have schools that need improvement and families that are homeless. Adults always say that our education is important, but how can we maintain a good education when our schools are basically trashed?
